I am a large and solid frame who usually wears a size 20 top (incl wiggle room). I purchased the XXL and although I could have got away with the XL, the top doesn't feel too big because the fabric flows beautifully... you would definitely need to wear a crop top underneath but that's expected with this type of top... and the colours are exactly as you see them in the images online... It's also not short which makes it feel more comfortable over the hip line & bottom (I have a long torso). I was concerned with the extra wide arm area, but a 24km walk wearing my bladder bag made me realise this wasn't going to rub on my skin. The other thing I was concerned about was the high neckline, yet my big walk last weekend discounted these fears also... The material is so soft, I couldn't even feel it around my neck... Don't hesitate... Purchase one in each fabric!!!
