Firm material but stretchy so not restrictive. Produces a lovely silhouette. The drawstring is also stretchy so mega adjustable. I took a risk and squeezed my 47inch hips into the large size, and it's a perfect fit but will follow me down in sizes as I continue my weight loss journey. Beautiful print. Intense colour. No fading where stretched.
